Sales Representative (Europe, USA)

Responsible for the merchandising, distribution and selling of software solutions and services produced by IT Co. Company.
  • Build market position by locating, developing, defining and negotiating business relationships. Identify, contact and build relationships with prospective customers through a combination of telephone and in-person cold calls, networking and referrals to obtain appointments. Perform sales presentations for consumers and stay abreast of market trends.
  • Recognise the needs of the customer and provide detailed information to the customer about the software solutions and services offered by the company. Advise customers on technical matters and recommend appropriate software solutions. Advise on appropriate user training and serve as a service representative for customers who have questions or difficulties.
  • Negotiate price for the software development and sale.
  • Recommend changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.
  • Maintain awareness and keep abreast of constantly changing software requirements. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
